The Glock pistol is the most popular handgun in the world and to be specific, the Glock model 19 9mm. The gen 5 features are a new and improved marksman barrel, as well as a new diamond-like coating (DLC) on the slide with front cocking serrations, ambidextrous slide stop lever, finger grooves removed from the frame and an improved trigger group assembly. The MOS version of the Glock 19 gen 5 is the Modular Optics System, which allows the user to add miniature red dot sights to the slide of the pistol with mounting plates. The frame also features a rail for the attachment of weapon mounted flashlights.
