Our Mission

The reality is, you are in control of your level of training. Whether you are a civilian that does not have access to a modern and progressive range, or a Law Enforcement Officer that is routinely denied training. Taking ownership of how ready you are is the first step towards improvement. 

Once ownership of your readiness has been established, a plan on how to improve needs to be developed. This is where the founders of Readiness Training Group identified a gap. Training locations and accessible instructors are difficult to find in New Jersey. In addition, most facilities will not allow shooters to practice critical skills such as drawing from a holster, shooting and moving, low light conditions, and engaging multiple targets. 

The Readiness Training Group is aimed at filling this gap. All RTG instructors are active Law Enforcement with experience in training at the Municipal, County, State, and Federal level. RTG has also secured ranges and facilities within New Jersey that allow us to train students without restriction.

In addition, RTG is dedicated to cutting the red tape of government funded training. If you are an L.E. Officer funding your own training, a discount of $100 will be applied to your purchase of any RTG Class.

Readiness Training Group’s mission is to provide accessible firearms training to those that seek it. We aim to better our community by making Law Enforcement Officers, and responsibly armed citizens, ready with their firearms.
