Level I Rifle
Level I Rifle is a full day class that ensures rifle owners leave the range feeling confident in their abilities with their rifle. Students will learn to properly zero, safely handle, operate and clear stoppages on their rifle. This class will also cover the basic fundamentals of marksmanship so you can hit what you’re aiming at. Offered as open enrollment group classes or one-on-one instruction.

Level II Rifle
Level II Rifle is an open enrollment full day class that focuses on what the rifle is capable of doing, when the operator is capable. While utilizing the fundamentals of marksmanship, students will learn to properly manage recoil, efficiently employ positional shooting techniques and shooting on the move. Offered as open enrollment group classes or private one-on-one instruction.

Law Enforcement Rifle Readiness L.E. Only
LE Rifle Readiness will focus on the skills required for effective deployment in LE situations and semi-annual qualifications. As in all RTG courses, there will be a focus on the fundamentals of marksmanship, building confidence in the student, and improving their ability to shoot accurately on demand. Specific learning objectives for this course are; fundamentals of rifle marksmanship, weapon manipulation, transitioning from rifle to pistol, and shooting from cover.

Intro to Precision Rifle
This 1.5 day class is designed to start the shooters journey into precision rifle marksmanship. Intro to Precision Rifle was designed to answer all of the questions that a shooter might have when the desire to hit targets past 300 yards becomes unbearable. This course can also serve as a repetition of the fundamentals for the seasoned professional that is just looking for some trigger time. Topics covered during the class include equipment selection, fundamentals of marksmanship, weapon manipulation, basic ballistics, and basic positional shooting. Students will also be assisted in collecting and verifying DOPE. There are only 6 spots available for this class. Maximum range for this class is 600 yards.

Level II NVG
Description goes hereThis course is designed to provide students with hands-on experience using Night Vision Goggles (NVGs) on the range, emphasizing practical skills acquired by RTG Cadre through decades of operational experience. Students can expect to learn techniques and best practices for maximizing NVG effectiveness in low-light environments, drawing from the wealth of knowledge our instructors have gained in the field. Topics covered include fundamentals of firearms marksmanship while utilizing NVGs, equipment selection, utilizing cover, team communication, and Small Unit Tactics. This class is not for a student that is new to utilizing night vision.
If you have experience with NVGs but do not own your own, all NVG equipment will be available to rent through Dark Sky Optics for and additional $75.00. Please email darkskyoptics@gmail.com if you intend on renting NVG equipment for this class.
In order to register for this class, you must have completed our Level II Rifle Class and passed the RTG Rifle Diagnostic. This is to ensure that every student in this class is of similar skill level and the class will be capable of progressing accordingly. In addition, we ask that you are familiar with all of the equipment that you are bringing including rifle, helmet setup, and optional plate carrier.
