LE Red Dot Pistol Instructor 08/25-08/26/25
THIS CLASS IS FOR ACTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY
LE RDS Pistol Instructor is a 2 day (16 hour) class that is designed for officers who are currently or are aspiring to be Firearms Instructors and are looking to educate themselves on Miniature Ruggedized Dot Sights for duty pistols. Whether your department is or already has transitioned to MRDS, the concepts conveyed in this course are comprehensive from optic selection, mounting/armoring to proper execution of the fundamentals of marksmanship as well as alternate aiming schemes. The student will leave with a full understanding of the concepts but more importantly, how to train others, which is their primary duty as instructors. Our cadre of instructors have attended the vast majority of the most well known MRDS classes offered around the country. Additionally, our cadre have started MRDS programs from the ground up in their respective agencies and both carry and compete with MRDS equipped pistols.

Duty pistol with optic
Belt with duty holster and magazine pouches
3+ magazines
500 rounds of ammunition
Ear and eye protection
Sharpie marker
Appropriate range clothing to accommodate any weather
Food and water as needed
